For machine tools, regular maintenance work is much better than endless repairs and downtime. In order to ensure the interests of production enterprises, the moisture-proof work of machine tools can be done from the following aspects.
1. The electric cabinet should be sealed as much as possible, and the moisture-absorbing and dust-proof sponge should be installed at the heat dissipation hole, and the sponge should be replaced regularly;
2. Use spraying, dipping, potting and other processes to waterproof important devices.
3. Use electronic components and structural materials with low hygroscopicity;
4. The surface of the electronic circuit board is coated with acrylic film protective agent or silicone resin film to avoid moisture intrusion;
5. For infrequently used equipment, an appropriate amount of desiccant should be placed in the electrical cabinet, and then covered with a protective cover. In the wet (such as the rainy season), use a reusable silica gel desiccant, one can be used as a hint of discoloration after moisture absorption; two can be recycled and heated and air-dried and can be reused to reduce costs;
6. Clean up the electrical cabinets in each workshop to ensure the cleanliness of the electrical cabinets;
7. Regularly replace some parts of electrical equipment according to actual production every year, especially the aging and hardened wires in the electrical cabinet or machine tools.
8. After the machine tool has been shut down for a period of time, it is necessary to thoroughly check the circuit to confirm that there is no fault and then start the machine again.
9. It is recommended that all machine tools should not be powered off, and should be kept in standby and dry running state to prevent the screw guide from getting wet and rusting.
