There are many factors affecting the cutting efficiency of Brass thread. If inefficiency occurs in the process, the following two factors can be considered.
(1) Limited by the structure of parts and clamping can not be effectively washed up high pressure water
At this time to see the cut parts from the clamping there is no improvement. Some parts are affected by the support fixture bottom is raised, some parts are affected by the pressure plate and clamping screw position, have to raise the nozzle, but also some operators are afraid of hitting the nozzle did not put the nozzle fell to the lowest. The low surface is raised to see whether the fixture can be used to support the surface and the work table in the same plane of the fixture, or the workpiece directly clamped on the work surface.
Affected by the screw pressure plate and parts to see whether the clamp clamp can be used; For the operator is worried about not falling on the nozzle to the lowest place can be ready to 0.1mm feeler ruler as required to do. The cutting energy can only be reduced for the parts that cannot be effectively washed up with high pressure water due to the limited structure. (2) Wire transport system (related to maintenance)
1) It is necessary to check whether the cooling water of conductive block is normal. In particular, whether the cooling water of the lower conductive block is available, because the end of copper will be dropped in the cutting process, and the long-term use of the machine tool may block the cooling water of the lower conductive block and even the flushing water of the lower nozzle processing, which should be cleaned and dredged;
2) The lower regulating wheel on the lower arm is flexible in rotation. Check and clean;
3) Whether the receiving wheel is normal;
4) Check the wire tension and wire speed, and adjust it if necessary;
5) Check and clean the wire guide nozzle and conductive block.
