How to selection and use of medium wire cutting machine tools
The difference between the grades of the wire-feeding machine tools should mainly be distinguished from the mechanical structure and control technology, rather than the shape or appearance of the machine tool. To choose and use a wire-feeding machine, you need to know.
1. Only talk about how advanced the technology of the wire-feeding machine tool is, not to mention the key accuracy indicators of the machine tool: the machine tool is different from other mechanical products. The machine tool without accuracy is equivalent to a pile of scrap iron. The key technical indicators are the quantitative embodiment of the advanced technology of the machine tool, which avoids the key technology. Indicators, and even more advanced techniques are "tricks"
2. There is only a large processing efficiency and no continuous cutting time: if any cutting efficiency cannot be processed continuously for 24 hours, no matter how high the efficiency is, it has no practical value;
3. Only with low surface roughness, there is not much area for continuous cutting: no matter how good the surface roughness is, no human intervention is required. In this case, if the continuous cutting is less than 20000mm2, it has no practical value and can only be regarded as a low-end medium wire drawing machine.
Fourth, only talk about the machining accuracy of the wire-feeding machine tool, but not the stability or consistency accuracy of continuous cutting of multiple parts: more than a dozen are being processed. Dimensional consistency is especially important when batching dozens of identical parts or step-by-step molds in series. The continuous machining here means that the operator is not allowed to manually detect and compensate for the diameter of the molybdenum wire.
5. Only consider the processing thickness of the wire-feeding machine, and do not process the vertical size error of the upper, middle and lower positions: when the processing thickness is greater than 100mm, the upper, middle and lower positions and dimensional positioning are prone to "waist drum" shape errors.
Sixth, only the large taper cutting of 30~60 degrees is discussed, but the surface roughness that can be achieved at this time is not discussed. The real large-taper medium-sized wire cutting machine, when processing 60-degree large taper, the surface roughness can reach Ra<1.2 microns, and there is no need for any form of guide wire, which is more practical.
7. Only the cutting quality of the wire-feeding machine tool is discussed, but the dependence on the operator's skills is not discussed: if the good work quality of the wire-feeding machine tool can only be achieved by the operator's personal skills. Such medium-sized wire drawing machines can only be low-end products.
