2.Use forged H13(1.2344) die steel, because the steel ingot melts into molten steel and is directly cast into round steel. There are bubbles in it, and the organization is not tight enough. The forging material is forged and processed with a forging press within the forgeable temperature range. The air bubbles and impurities are removed, and the metallography is changed, so the structure of the forging material is denser, the mechanical properties are good, the microstructure is uniform, and the performance is improved.
