1. Numerical control system:

2. Spindle
The spindle speed is different, the price is different.
At present, the common vertical machining center speed is usually 8000 revolutions (belt type), there are also 10000 revolutions (direct connection type), 12000 revolutions (direct connection type), this is mainly configured according to the actual processing needs of customers.
3. Tool magazine:
3.1. Disc tool magazine: The disc tool magazine is equipped with a manipulator, which can complete the tool change operation in about three seconds, also known as the manipulator tool magazine;
3.2. Hat-type tool magazine: Generally, only 16~24 tools can be stored. The entire tool magazine moves to the spindle when changing tools;
3.3. Chain-type tool magazine: The characteristic of the chain-type tool magazine is that it can store a large number of tools, generally more than 20 tools, and some can store more than 120 tools.
The price difference of the tool magazine is reflected in the number of tools and the speed of tool change. The price of the disc tool library is higher than that of the hat type tool library, and the chain type tool library is more expensive.
4, bearing and lead screw
In vertical machining center equipment, bearings are mainly used on the lead screw to drive the lead screw to rotate. In addition to the rigidity, impact and wear resistance of the screw, the bearing is the main factor affecting the price of the screw.
5, linear rail and hard rail
Linear guide rail: refers to the rolling guide rail, which is the kind used in the linear modules often used in the machine tool industry. It is usually called the linear guide rail. The advantages of the linear guide rail: the speed of the rail is fast and the accuracy is good.
Hard rail: refers to a casting in which the guide rail and the bed are integrated, and then the guide rail is processed on the basis of the casting. The hard rail has good rigidity, heavy load, and strong heavy cutting ability
