 The composition of the processing center:


1. Machine tool body---Machining center body refers to the physical part of its mechanical structure, which is composed of main drive system, feed drive system, bed, column and worktable.


2. Numerical control system---It is the control center of the machining center and the soul of the machining center. It is mainly composed of main control system, programmable controller, input/output interface, keyboard, monitor, etc.


3. Servo system --- is the electric transmission link between the CNC system and the machine tool body. It is mainly composed of servo motor, drive control system and position detection and feedback device.


4. Auxiliary devices --- Auxiliary devices mainly include automatic tool changer ATC, automatic worktable exchange mechanism APC, workpiece tightening and relaxation mechanism, rotary table, lubrication and cooling device, automatic chip removal device, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical system , Overload and protection devices, etc.


Working principle of machining center:


Machining center processing parts, first according to the designed part drawing, after processing process analysis and design, various operations required in the processing process, such as spindle start and stop, speed change, cutting amount, feed route, cutting fluid supply and tool The relative displacement with the workpiece, etc., a prescribed numerical control code is written into a machining program in a certain format, and then commands are issued through the keyboard or other auxiliary control circuits to make them follow the prescribed action sequence, tool motion path and cutting process parameters. Automatic processing is carried out. When the part processing is finished, the machine tool stops.


When the machining center enters mass production through program input, debugging and first piece trial cutting, the operator generally only needs to load and unload the workpiece, and then press the program automatic cycle start button. The machining center can automatically complete the entire processing process.
