1: When cutting the test piece, the feed speed can be adjusted according to the hardness of the rock before work. During the cutting process, the feed speed may be adjusted, and knife marks may appear. When cutting harder stones according to the experience, the speed is generally 40 mm/ cents or so.
2: When working, first start the main motor, and then press the work feed button. When starting to cut, because the rocks are mostly irregular in shape, the feed speed should be slow at this time. After the blade edges all enter the rock sample, it can be slightly faster. .
3: When clamping irregular rock, it can be clamped by top pressure method.
4: When cutting core samples, if the number of rocks is large, several rock samples can be pressed with the long pressure plate attached at random and cut together to improve work efficiency.
5: Turn on the power, press the button of the main unit, whether the direction of the blade is consistent with the direction of the arrow.
6: The EDM cutting machine automatically advances and retracts the knife. When the cutting knife moves along the worktable to the end, it can automatically retreat to the starting end and automatically stop moving.
7: After the EDM cutting machine is installed, turn on the power to check whether the rotation of each part of the whole machine is flexible and whether the fasteners are loose.
8: Oil should be injected into the bearing of the guide wheel 1-2 times a week to maintain cleanliness and service life.
9: Pay special attention to the careful maintenance of the console device and keep it clean.
10: The operator is not allowed to tamper with the electrical components and console devices. If any problem is found, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the maintenance personnel should be notified for overhaul.
