1. You need to choose a place without dust to prevent leaving a lot of channels around the line cutting;
(1) Due to its own characteristics of the wire-cut electric discharge machine, there will be a certain amount of dust in the air, which will cause the screw of the machine to be severely worn, and then affect the service life of the machine.
(2) The wire cut EDM machine is controlled by a computer. The disk used by the computer has strict requirements for dust in the air. When dust enters the disk, the disk will be damaged and the hard disk will also be damaged;
(3) The wire-cut EDM machine itself emits a lot of heat, so the internal needs of the electrical cabinet are often ventilated. If there is too much dust in the air, it will accumulate on the electrical components during the ventilation process, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the electrical components. Then the circuit board was burnt out. Therefore, the dust-proof net of the machine must be cleaned frequently.

3. Choose a place where there is no vibration and impact. The wire EDM machine is a high-precision processing equipment. If the place where there is vibration and impact, it will cause severe damage to the machine, and then severely affect its processing accuracy. Shorten its service life, and even cause the machine to be useless.

5. Choose places with small temperature changes to prevent direct sunlight from passing through windows and roof glass and close to warm currents.
(1) The commodity demand for high-precision parts processing is carried out at a stable temperature, usually at room temperature 20C;

6. Choose a shielded house: Because the wire cutting electrical discharge machining process is attributed to the arc discharge process, intense electromagnetic waves will occur during the arc discharge process, which will damage human health and affect the surrounding environment.
7. Choose a wide workshop with good ventilation conditions so that the operator and the machine tool can work in the best environment.
