The maintenance of CNC machine tools is the daily work that operators and maintenance personnel must do in order to maintain the normal technical state of the equipment and the service life, and is also one of the responsibilities of operators and maintenance personnel. Equipment maintenance work done, can reduce maintenance costs, reduce product costs, ensure product quality, improve production efficiency.
How to carry out the daily maintenance of CNC machine tools?
(1) Keep the working area clean, keep dry around the machine tool, and keep the working area well lit.
(2) Keep the machine clean, lubricate each motion pair before starting the machine every day, and adjust the machine according to the instructions after making the machine idle for three minutes. And check whether the handle of each part of the machine tool is in normal position.
(3) The rack on the guide tube must be kept clean.
(4) Take good care of the working table and guide surface of the machine tool. Wool blank parts, hammer, wrench, file, etc. are not allowed to be directly placed on the working table and guide rail surface.
(5) Before going off work, press the computer shutdown program to shut down the computer and cut off the power supply. And the keyboard, monitor on the oil wipe clean.
(6) The operator must close the computer, clean the machine tool, lubricated the motion pair and clean the environmental hygiene of the workshop half an hour before going off work every day. Wait for the monitor to check before leaving the post.
