How to install CNC machine tools
The installation of CNC machine tools refers to the work done at this stage after the machine tools are delivered to the user and installed to the work site until they can work normally. For small CNC machine tools, the work is relatively simple, for large and medium-sized CNC machine tools, users need to assemble and re-debugging, the work is more complex.
1. installation preparation

2. unpacking acceptance
The machine should be unpacked and inspected in time after arrival, find out the packing list of the machine, check and check the items in the box one by one according to the packing list and contract, and make records.
3. Hoisting and positioning of machine tools
Use the special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer (if special tools are not needed, steel wire rope should be used to lift the parts specified in the manual), and place the major components of the machine on the foundation respectively. When in position, the pad iron, adjusting pad plate and anchor bolt should also be corresponding to the seat.
4. Machine assembly and connection
After the initial position of the machine tool, the next is the assembly of the machine tool parts and the connection of the NUMERICAL control system.
The assembly of machine tool parts refers to the process of assembling the decomposed and transported machine tool into a complete machine. Before assembly, pay attention to the cleaning parts on the surface of the parts, clean the rust coating on all the connecting surfaces, guide rails and positioning parts, and then accurately and reliably connect the parts and assemble the whole machine. In the assembly of column, NUMERICAL control cabinet, electrical cabinet, tool library and manipulator process, the connection between the parts of the machine tool positioning are required to use the original positioning pin, positioning block and other positioning components, in order to better restore the assembly state before machine tool disassembly, maintain the original manufacturing and installation accuracy of the machine tool. After assembling all parts, connect cables, oil pipes and gas pipes according to the marks of cables and pipe joints in the instructions, and pay attention to clean and reliable contact and sealing when connecting.
