The vertical and horizontal movement of the work surface can be done manually or automatically.
★Wire travel mechanism: The wire travel mechanism is mainly composed of wire storage drum, wire travel motor and guide wheel and other components. The wire storage drum is installed on the support plate of the wire storage drum, and is driven by the wire feeding motor through the coupling to rotate forward and reverse. The forward and reverse rotation of the wire storage drum is simultaneously transmitted to the lead screw of the wire storage drum support plate through the gear, so that the support plate can reciprocate. The electrode wire is installed on the guide wheel and the wire storage drum, and the wire running motor is started, and the electrode wire reciprocates at a certain speed, that is, the wire running movement.
★Liquid supply system: The liquid supply system consists of a working fluid tank, a hydraulic pump and a nozzle, which provides enough and suitable working fluid for the cutting process of the machine tool. The main working fluids are mineral oil, emulsion and deionized water. Its main functions are: to cool the electrodes, workpieces and machining chips, to generate the explosion pressure of the discharge, to deionize the discharge zone and to descale the discharge products.
★Pulse power supply: Pulse power supply is an energy device that generates pulse current. Wire-cut pulse power supply is one of the most critical equipments that affect the process indicators of wire-cutting. In order to meet the cutting processing conditions and process indicators, the requirements for the pulse power supply are: large peak current, narrow pulse width, high pulse frequency, small wire electrode loss, and convenient parameter setting.
★Wire cutting machine control system: digital program control for the entire wire cutting process and molybdenum wire trajectory, and cutting can be controlled according to ISO format and 3B, 4B format processing instructions. The function of the machine tool is mainly determined by the function of the control system.
